Hearing Australia was unveiling a ground-breaking new line of advanced hearing aids, designed with state-of-the-art technology that could be tailored to individual lifestyles.

The challenge lay in crafting a campaign that could effectively convey the functional benefits of the technology in a way that was meaningful and memorable to the audience’s spirited lives.

Continuing from the success of the 75th birthday campaign, it was imperative to consistently use strong brand cues to instantly link the campaign with the brand.

Recognising the effectiveness of emotional campaigns, the strategy aimed to infuse the campaign with genuine emotional clarity as research indicates that emotionally resonant campaigns are 1.5X more effective at conveying a perceived difference.

This approach balanced delivering functional messages with emotive storytelling to evoke a strong emotional response with clear emotional clarity.
